Terms of Use Macaronapp (the “App”) is an online tool for Etsy sellers and other users who want help creating, researching, and improving Etsy listing content. By using the App, you agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and only in ways that do not interfere with the App, Etsy, Wix, OpenAI, or any other connected service. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before using it in your Etsy shop or anywhere else. The App may help generate titles, tags, descriptions, reports, and other text, but it does not guarantee sales, ranking results, traffic, search placement, or compliance with Etsy policies. 2. What the App Does The App uses AI and image recognition to help identify products from uploaded images and create listing content such as titles, tags, descriptions, materials, use cases, and search terms. The App may also analyze public Etsy marketplace data, including shop information, listing information, listing images, titles, tags, views, favorites, and other information available through Etsy's API. Some features may allow users to connect an Etsy shop, create draft listings, upload listing images or files, and track listing or shop performance over time. 3. Etsy API Use The App uses the Etsy API to provide Etsy-related features. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. The App is not created by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Etsy, Inc. When you connect your Etsy account, Etsy may ask you to authorize the App to access certain Etsy account or shop data. The exact access requested depends on the features used, such as reading shop/listing information or creating draft listings. The App uses Etsy data only to provide app features requested by the user, such as shop connection, listing creation, listing research, keyword research, report generation, and performance tracking. You may revoke the App's access to your Etsy account at any time through your Etsy account settings or connected apps settings. Some features of the App may stop working after access is revoked. 4. User Content and AI-Generated Content You may upload images, enter product details, write prompts, provide search terms, and submit other content to the App. You keep ownership of the images, text, prompts, files, and other content you provide. The App processes that content for your own use of the App, such as generating listing content, creating reports, troubleshooting your request, or providing the specific feature you asked to use. The App may send your submitted content, uploaded images, and related context to third-party AI services in order to generate listing content, product descriptions, keyword ideas, search analysis, and reports. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific product. You are responsible for checking and editing all generated content before publishing or relying on it. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process any images, text, or files you provide to the App. 5. Privacy Policy The App may collect and process information needed to operate the App and provide its features. This may include your email address, Etsy shop name, Etsy shop ID, Etsy authorization status, Etsy OAuth tokens, uploaded product images or files, prompts, generated content, listing data, shop data, report data, usage events, visitor timestamp, approximate location information, IP-related information, and technical logs. Your email address may be used for login, account-related notifications, support, usage notifications, and important service messages. The App may occasionally send emails about account activity, reports, app usage, important service updates, feature changes, or relevant product information. You may contact support@printjumper.com if you do not want to receive non-essential messages. The App does not intentionally sell personal information. 6. Data We May Store The App may store data needed to provide requested features, including connected Etsy shop details, listing information available through Etsy's public API, user-created listing drafts, generated listing content, uploaded file references, report data, and shop/listing tracking history. Because the App is still under active development, the exact stored data may change as features are added or improved. Stored data will generally relate to app usage, Etsy shop/listing analysis, listing creation, reports, and user-requested tracking features. 7. Cookies and Local Storage The App is built on Wix. Wix may use cookies and similar technologies for hosting, security, analytics, login, session management, and site functionality. Wix may place essential cookies automatically because they are needed for site security, login, session management, member identification, and basic site functionality. Depending on site settings, Wix features, analytics tools, or third-party apps, non-essential cookies or similar technologies may also be used for analytics, performance, functional, or marketing purposes. The App may display a cookie consent banner provided through Wix or its recommended cookie banner provider. Where available, visitors can use that banner to manage cookie preferences. Visitors can also control cookies through their browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site or app features. The App itself may use browser local storage for temporary app state, such as OAuth state, loading status, temporary workflow status, and similar app behavior. 8. Third-Party Services The App may use third-party services to operate the App, including Wix for hosting, authentication, database, media storage, and site functionality; Etsy API for Etsy marketplace and shop data; OpenAI or other AI services for AI-generated content and image/text analysis; email delivery services for notifications; and other technical services used for files, reports, logs, or infrastructure. These third-party services may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies. 9. Data Retention and Deletion The App keeps data only as long as reasonably needed to provide app features, maintain account functionality, support users, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, or protect against misuse. You may request deletion of your account-related data by contacting support@printjumper.com. Some data may need to be retained where required for security, legal, operational, or fraud-prevention reasons. 10. Security The App uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data. However, no online service can guarantee complete security. You are responsible for keeping your Etsy account, your login for the App, email account, and other credentials secure. 11. Disclaimers The App is provided as-is and as-available. The App may change, break, be unavailable, or produce unexpected results. The App does not guarantee Etsy ranking, listing performance, sales, views, favorites, search visibility, or marketplace results. The App does not provide legal, tax, financial, or professional marketplace compliance advice. 12. Changes to This Policy This page may be updated from time to time as the App changes.
